Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac – Members of Pangkat TRADOC gathered to honor a remarkable leader whose dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment have brought him to the esteemed position of being a Commander. With this, the Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army, welcomed its new Commander, Major General Danilo D Benavides PA at Headquarters, TRADOC, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on 22 July 2024.

          MGen Benavides is the Deputy Commander of TRADOC prior to his assumption as the 60th Commander of TRADOC. Throughout his tenure as Deputy Commander, MGen Benavides demonstrated an unwavering concern and commitment to TRADOC’s mission and values, and to continuously prove its mantra of being the Source of Army Standards towards a world-class, multi-mission ready, and cross-domain capable.

          Furthermore, MGen Benavides was recently promoted and the donning ceremony was presided by the Commanding General, Philippine Army Lieutenant General Roy M Galido PA, at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila on 22 July 2024.
