Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac – The Training Director, Training Development Center, Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Command (NETDC), Philippine Navy, CAPT ELPIDIO P NATIVIDAD JR (MNSA) PN, has visited the premier Army education and training institution, the Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army on 10 July 2024.

          During his visit, CAPT ELPIDIO P NATIVIDAD JR PN paid a courtesy call to Brigadier General Danilo D Benavides PA, Acting Commander TRADOC at the TRADOC lounge along with other senior officers of the Command.

          The visit of TDC, NETDC is an opportunity to conduct an Organizational Benchmarking with this Command for the collaboration of knowledge and best practices regarding doctrine development by the training institutions of the Philippine Army and Philippine Navy, in producing well-trained defenders of our country. Through this collaboration, a commitment to build a stronger relationship for both training institutions will further enhance the capability to provide quality education and training for their respective personnel.
