Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac - The Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Philippine Army, through the Army Leadership Development and Education Center, conducted the 11th Braintalk @ TRADOC for the benefit of the students of 2nd Training Period, CY 2024 held at Dalubhasa Hall, Headquarters TRADOC, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac, on 02 July 2024.

          The 11th Brain Talk @ TRADOC: Colloquium Lecture Series was anchored on the theme: “Navigating Tides: Security, Sovereignty and Cooperation in the West Philippine Sea”, with the invited Resource Speaker, Commodore Jay T Tarriela, the PCG Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea and Special Staff of the Commandant for the West Philippine Sea. The activity was attended both physically and virtually by the students of 2nd Training Period from various TRADOC Training Centers and extension training schools.

          Prior to the activity, Commodore Tarriela was accorded with the traditional military honors and was welcomed by Brigadier General Danilo D Benavides PA, TRADOC Acting Commander, along with the Command Staff, Center Directors and School Commandants of TRADOC.

          TRADOC continuously proves its mantra of being the Source of the Army Standards towards a world-class, multi-mission ready, and cross-domain capable training institution.
