Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac - The Philippine Army hosted the three-day Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Armies Annual Meet Technical Committee Meeting held at the Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on 24-26 June 2024.

          To continue to uphold international obligations and promote the ongoing growth of military-to-military cooperation among participating ASEAN nations, the Philippine Army is scheduled to host this year's ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) in November 2024.

          The 32nd ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) 2024, the 25th ASEAN Chief of Armies Multilateral Meeting (ACAMM), and the 12th ASEAN Sergeant Major Annual Meeting (ASMAM), with the theme of "Strengthening Partnership and Camaraderie towards Regional Stability," are the three main events that jointly make up the AAAM Technical Committee Meeting.

         The meeting includes the top military officials and representatives from the ten (10) ASEAN member states: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines (Host Nation), Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

          The Technical Committee Meeting (TCM) additional objectives include endorsing the rule book that will regulate the shooting competition, examining the AARM firing ranges, demonstrating the competition's events live, and establishing the agenda and additional requirements for ACAMM and ASMAM.
