Camp O’Donnel, Capas, Tarlac – The 1^st Training Cyle for Calendar Year 2023 formally started through a physical and virtual Opening Ceremony at HTRADOC, Camp O’ Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on 16 January 2023.

         The Joint Opening Ceremony was graced by BGEN AUDREY L PASIA PA, Commander of 5^th Infantry (Star) Division, Philippine Army, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS). BGEN PASIA challenged motivate the students to do their best as they about to start the training cycle because it will be their stepping stone in their careers. “Organizations, including the Philippine Army, put high premium on training because it gives us a great understanding of our responsibilities and the knowledge and skills we need to do our job. Training also enhances our confidence which further improves our overall performance.”, BGEN PASIA highlighted in his speech.

          A total of 92 different career and specialization courses with 2,931 number of students, that will be implemented by Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army with its organic, extension schools and Division Training Schools (DTS).

          Strict observation of IATF and COVID19 protocols was implemented during the entire activity.
