Camp O’Donnell Capas, Tarlac – The Philippine Army, through the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), facilitated the 16th Senior Leaders Conference 2024 with the theme “Redefining the Roles of the Land Force: Posturing for Territorial Defense” held at Dalubhasa Room, Mabini Hall, Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on 20 March 2024.

          The Philippine Army Senior Leaders Conference (PA SLC) is a leadership development program designed to inform senior leaders of advancements in military affairs and introduce contemporary leadership concepts relevant to the times. It is also a venue to be acquainted with the latest security issues, trends in warfare, updates on military technology, and other pertinent matters of strategic value.

          The purpose of the PA SLC is to drive the continued establishment of a strategic culture inside the organization, by developing a culture of strategic thinking throughout the organization, particularly among Army Senior Leaders by addressing critical and current security concern and trends.
