Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac – Newly promoted enlisted personnel of Pangkat TRADOC were pinned with their new rank during the Donning of Ranks Ceremony presided over by BRIGADIER GENERAL ALVIN C FLORES, Acting Commander, at Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army on 06 February 2023.

          The newly promoted personnel were composed of 159 NCOs from various offices and subordinate units of TRADOC who have shown competence and dedication towards the service. Eleven (11) personnel were promoted to Master Sergeant; 44 to Technical Sergeant; 40 to Staff Sergeant; and 64 to Sergeant.

          The TRADOC Acting Commander lauded the promotion of enlisted personnel as a testament to their selfless service. “Ang seremonyang ito ay sumisimbolo sa ating pagkakabuklod at pagkakapatiran bilang kasapi ng Pangkat TRADOC. Ang katagumpayan ng isa ay katagumpayan ng lahat. Bilang sundalo, tayo ay salamin ng lahing Pilipino. Kaya’t ibuhos natin ang lahat ng ating talino, galing at husay upang mas lalo pa nating mapaganda hindi lamang ang TRADOC kundi maging ang Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas,” Brigadier General Flores emphasized in his message.

          The” Donning of Ranks” is among the most cherished traditions of the Philippine Army to recognize the efforts and outstanding service of its soldiers. This promotion symbolizes the diligence, excellence, and ability of every TRADOC personnel to continue improving themselves as ambassadors of the Philippine Army in its transformation to being a world-class army that is a source of national pride.

          Strict observation of IATF and COVID19 protocols was implemented during the entire activity.
