TRADOC Deputy Commander, Brigadier General Rowen S. Tolentino presided the ceremonial turn-over from outgoing Colonel Cesar J. Mejico to incoming Colonel Ferdinand B. Lacadin. Colonel Mejico already reached mandatory retirement age of 56 and contributed thirty six (36) years of invaluable military service.
“With the perseverance, commitment and dedication of our new Command Inspector General, let us pursue a culture of professionalism and cherish the command’s tradition of excellence. So that together, we can live up to the trademark of our institution, THE SOURCE OF ARMY STANDARDS”, Bgen Tolentino said during his speech.
