The Sustainment Center (P) of the Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army conducted the closing ceremony for Special Ordnance Explosive Disposal Care Course Class 01-2019, October 10 at Officer Candidate School Mess Hall, Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac. The Army Chief Ordnance and Chemical Service Colonel Florante Sison graced the ceremony as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
