CAMP O’DONNELL, CAPAS, TARLAC -- The Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army paid tribute
and testimonial parade to Former TRADOC Deputy Commander BRIGADIER GENERAL FILEMON D MAMARIL JR
for his outstanding thirty eight years of military service during the Testimonial Review and Retirement
ceremony held last Monday, September 02 at AARM Grandstand.
During his speech BGen Mamaril Jr extends his thoughtful appreciation to the men and women of the Philippine Army especially to TRADOC.
