PAFCPIC INAGAURATION

The Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC) Capas Satellite Branch opened
and inaugurated their new building located at Transmitter, Camp O'Donnell, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac.
TRADOC Commander Major General Roy T Devesa graced the ceremony as Guest of Honor and Speaker this morning August 16, 2019.
